This place is awesome, probably the most authentic Mexican food around! The cook I believe is also the owner, his heart as soul go into the place and the food and it shows!

The pollo asada was delicious. Tender juicy and full of flavor. Unfortunately my wife had that burrito and not me. She's usually a sour cream fan but this chicken was so flavorful she actually would've preferred not to have the sour cream as it took away from some of the taste to her. 5 stars for the chicken.

Las Panchita's is awesome! The place is new, so you probably aren't going to see much people there. Seriously, it's as dead as the deserts of Mexico, atleast they play music so I got that going for me. Luckily, the food here is fantastic. Their menu consists of all the various Mexican dishes you know and love. I ordered the special Mar y Tierra's burrito, which is basically a shrimp and carne asada burrito in one, and it was one of the most delicious surf and turf burritos I've ever had. The burrito was freshly made, so the tortialla wrap was hot and the cheese dwelling inside melted onto the beef, shrimp, rice and mexican salsa thus forcing me to dive right in. Here's the best part though, it came with a soda for only $5.99 plus sales tax of course. If you ask me, I've been to many taco-shops and have eaten several kinds of surf and turf burrito's and most them were around $8, tasted ok, and the drinks were sold separately. The owner was a really nice, family man and I feel like his personality really reflected on the food he served. Unfortunately, this place is quite new so they probably don't get as much business like how other popular taco-shops do but don't let that be a reason not to try it. Overall, if you are looking for an authentic, traditional taco-shop that offers savory Mexican food at an excellent price, then Las Panchitas is the way to go!
